She is effective working with a team of peers, and her administrative skills are outweighed only by her pastoral heart. She is particularly effective at respectful listening and keeping people in dialogue with each other during times of conflict. She is known to be an inspiring preacher and teacher, a woman of transparency and great personal integrity, and one whose joyful and compassionate faith shine through all that she is and does.
