Lunch 'n Learn - Relaxation Techniques at St. Paul, Uxbridge

Learn simple breathing techniques that will help you relax and calm your mind in minutes. Diane Dyke, a Certified Wellness Coach, will lead you though a guided relaxation and teach you how to use mantras.
