Cynthia Bourgeault presentation: Holding Our Planet

Episcopal priest, mystic, writer, and internationally known retreat leader Cynthia Bourgeault explores the wisdom needed to navigate the many challenges we and our planet face. In this rare public talk, co-sponsored by the Ignatius Jesuit Centre and The Guelph Seminar, Cynthia will invite us to reflect on our role of renewal as we stand on the brink of a major planetary tipping-point. Drawing on a lifetime of study, practice and bold truth-seeking, Cynthia will invite us to reflect on what is needed for nurturing conscious, thoughtful, prayerful people who can act with agency, rootedness and compassion. Cynthia will engage in thoughtful dialogue, taking questions and observations from the audience. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
