Outreach & Advocacy Conference

“No One Is Disposable”

Virtual Outreach & Advocacy Conference: Sat. October 24, 2020

Join us on Saturday, October 24, 2020 for our first ever virtual Outreach & Advocacy Conference!  We are blessed to have Bishop Peter Fenty as our keynote speaker before he retires as Area Bishop of York-Simcoe in November.  During his career, Bishop Peter has served on the Intercultural Ministry Committee, the Planning Committee for the Annual Black History Month Service, as well as on the Partners in Mission & Social Justice Committee of the national church.  His passion for the liberating and life-giving reign of God runs deep.

Workshops will be offered in the morning and afternoon, including a workshop specifically oriented to youth 11-18.

There is no cost to attend; however, donations to offset the cost of honoraria will be gratefully received. (Please select “Social Justice & Advocacy” from the dropdown menu).  Tax receipts will be issued for all donations over $10.00.

Please register for each component separately. We hope you can join us for as much of the day as possible! Click here for a full description of workshops and facilitators.
