Family & Children Events at St. James Cathedral

1. Family Fun Night – 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Once a month on Friday, families, children, and youth of all ages are invited to join us for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship! Dinner and light refreshments provided. Walk-ins are welcome.

2. Community Playdate – 10:00am to 11:30am
Once a month on Saturday, bring your children and enjoy coffee on us while the kids play together.

3. Children’s Community Choir – Weekly Rehearsals
Know a child who loves to sing? Weekly on Saturdays, we are inviting all children ages 8-16 who love music and singing to join our free choir from 9:30am-10:30am. Open to faiths and backgrounds. Choral music, singing techniques, musical literacy & fun.

4. Children’s Community Choir – June 13 at 10:00am
Join us for a joyful Children’s Community Choir concert and experience the beauty of young voices in harmony.
Our concert celebrates choral music while nurturing singing skills, building musical understanding, and, most importantly, having fun together in a supportive and uplifting environment. Come and enjoy an inspiring performance by our talented young singers! Reception follows.

5. Children’s Choir Summer Camp – August 31 to September 3
Music Camp for children ages 8-12 interested in singing and music daily from 9:30am-3:00pm. Activities include choir & music activities, art, drama, guest musicians, and outdoor time. Final recital: September 3 at 2:00pm. Registration required.

6. Worship Together – 9:00am – Every Sunday
Join us for a family-friendly service that accommodates worshipers of all ages and abilities. Anyone can participate actively in the service (servers, hospitality, tech and much more!). Open to all.
