Social Justice and Advocacy

The Social Justice and Advocacy Committee, in conjunction with the Social Justice and Advocacy Consultant, works at the diocesan level, focusing the diocese’s advocacy work on the following three areas: child poverty, affordable housing and homelessness, and environmental issues.

They also work with other faith groups and justice partners, along with other dioceses, to speak out on social justice concerns that affect many people in our communities.

The Social Justice and Advocacy Consultant can be reached by email or at 416-363-6021 or 1-800-668-8932:

Elin Goulden, Social Justice and Advocacy Consultant, ext. 240.
