Anglican Foundation of Canada

The Anglican Foundation of Canada seeks to provide abundant resources for innovative ministries, Anglican presence and diverse infrastructure projects across the Canadian Church. Programs supported by the foundation can include building projects, accessibility upgrades, creative arts programs, theological student bursaries, camps, Indigenous prayer and peace circles, and much more.

How to apply

The foundation’s Board of Directors meets twice a year (spring and fall). Application deadlines for the Diocese of Toronto are March 1 and August 1 each year.

Applicants need to submit one printed copy of the completed application package and supporting information. Incomplete applications won’t be considered. Mail or email your application to:

A review committee will review applications and make recommendations to Diocesan Council about whether or not the Diocese should approve and forward applications to the Anglican Foundation for consideration.

All applications must be endorsed by Diocesan Council. The Anglican Foundation won’t process any applications that don’t have Diocesan Council approval.
